Welcome to the St John Healthcare page.
It is TMFNZ's intenton to support all St John employees with information for making any need for medical cover a pleasant and re-assurig process.
TMFNZ has been adviser to group plans for more than 12 years and believes the reason existing plans work so well is attributed to a large degree the quality of service clients receive from us.
Our objective with St John is to provide a very re-assuring environment for employees and their families.
You will see we have listed all the forms that you will need to make a claim as well as further information on the policy and extent of cover you receive depending on your needs.
Forms and information will be added on a reasonably regular cycle dependant on additional promotional material being made available.
All forms can be printed off from below. Once you have completed them they are to be sent to Tower. Any forms you are not able to print please email clare@awunz.co.nz
TMFNZ will list the birthday winners each month in this section, so please check this site for you lucky number before the 7th day of each month after your birthday.
Addtional Q&A situations will be listed as enquiries come in and there is merit in posting ones significantly different than the run of the mill questions or circumstances.
